This filter blurs and softens an image. It blurs an image based on the average color, and softens edges to produce a hazy effect.

This filter performs a quick blurring on an image. It adds low-frequency details, and the blur strength could be rather large.

This filter simulates the blur effect caused by camera rotating or zooming. Choose Spin to produce blurring along concentric circular lines, and then specify a degree of rotation. Choose Zoom to blur along radial lines as if zooming into or out of an image. A zoom value is also required. Blur Quality ranges from Draft to Good until Best for smoother results. Draft is quick but with particles, while Good and Best are relatively smoother. Specify the origin of the blur by dragging the pattern in the Blur Center box.
