Musemage is shareware developed by Paraken Technology Co., Ltd. This means:

   1. All copyrights to Musemage are owned by Paraken Technology Co., Ltd.

   2. Anyone may use this software as a free trival of 30 days. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue to use Musemage, you must purchase a license.

   3. Musemage use single computer usage license, which means:
      a) The user purchases one license to use Musemage on one computer.
      b) The license is binded to hardware. The license will become invalid after you change the CPU for 3 times, or change BIOS for 6 times.

   4. The Musemage unlicensed trial version may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way.

      a) No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package, without written permission of the copyright owner.

      b) The Musemage unlicensed trial version may not be distributed inside of any other software package without written permission of the copyright owner.

      c) Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included on the same distribution.

   5. To buy a license, you can start Musemage, goto "Menu -> Help -> Buy" to open the registration dialog, where you can buy the license online. Or you can buy the license online via http://www.musemage.com.

   6. Musemage will never modify your documents implicitly. Paraken Technology Co., Ltd. will be not liable for the loss of original data if user user save operations to rewrite the original document.

   7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

   8. Installing and using Musemage signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

   9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license, you must remove Musemage files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
