Remove the Background from a Photo with fast speed

The Extract Tool in Musemage allows you to isolate a foreground object from its background. Only need you to do is mark foreground, backegroud and boundary in the picture, then, objects will be automatically clipped by Musemge Alpha Extract.

In this tutorial, I will extract the flying swan for demonstration.

First, click the iron of New Layer, and then choose layer o, after that, click Move up. This is for your convenience to view the clipped objects. Next, click Extract Tool from “Select > Extract Tool” as below.

After click this tool, the following window comes out.

I will use the red pen to mark foreground. If you mark more than the object, you can choose Clear Marks to clear the unwanted part. Note: you can wheel to enlarge or shrink the picture.

After that, I will mark background by using the blue pen. The diameter of the pen can be adjusted. Here, I increse it.

Now, it is time to mark boundary. This part you should be more careful.

The boundary is done. Then, click Alpha Extract. The object is clipped automatically. Click OK.

We’re done. Press Ctrl + D.

Now, the swan is perfectly extracted, you can move the swan by using Arrow. Quite fast speed, right?
 
If you think there is some place need to modify exactly, you can choose Eraser to do so.
