In this tutorial, we’ll learn how to make a gorgeous color lip. You can put all your beloved color on the lip. I am sure this is the most fashionable lip you’ve ever seen.

I’ll put the following color wall on the original lip. You can use other color you like to do so. Are you ready to start? (NOTE: This color wall you can do it by yourself: Use Musemage Rectangular Selection to make a selection, and fill with any color you like with Bucket Tool. Copy several layer and adjust the color seperately. )
Step 1: Right click to copy the lip picture as a new layer, and set the Blending as Overlay.
Step 2: Choose High Pass from “Filters > Others > High Pass” at the menu bar, or “Others > High Pass” at the Side Tool Manager to enhance the image texture.
Set the parameter.
Step 3: Open the color wall we prepared before as a new layer.
Set its Blending as Color. If the color wall cannot cover lip, we can use Free Transform Tool to make it larger. Double click to apply this change.
Step 4: Add a Layer Mask on the color wall layer, and then choose Brush Tool to erase the area that is no need for lip color as below. You can change the size of Brush Tool by draging the slider of Diameter.
Step 5: After erase, click the color wall layer, and then choose “Filters > Blur > Gaussian Blur” to make it seem natural.
Set the Radius to 48.4 Pixels. The fashionable lip effect comes out. 
Besides, you can choose “Filters > Sharpen > Sharpen”, according to the actual situation, to make the lip seems more real.
