Tilt and shift lens can be used to focus selectively on a specific element in an image, this gives the scene the appearance of being a miniature model. Musemage also can do it, with just in one step.
First open a picture you want to correct, and then select “Lens Effect” tab in the right of board.

Then select “TS Lens”, a dialog panel appeared.
You can control blur level by “Radius” slider, and control focus line angle by “Angle” slider, control clear area width by “Width” slider and control focus line location by “offset slides”. Here we can set “Radius” to 60 pixels, set “Angle” to 90 degree and set “Width” to 20%, and set “Offset” to 8% and then click OK. The final effect can be seen in the sample below.
