How to Correct a Dark Corner with Gray Effect

Sometimes, we take picture with large field of vision, a problem may be caused, that is, dark corner. What is the effect of Dark Corner? The dark corner will be displayed as shadows on the four corners of picture. In this tutorial, we will learn how to correct a dark corner, and make pictures more vivid.

First, open a picture and choose "Filters > Special lenses > Vignetting(Dark Corner)" at the menu bar, or "Lens Effects > Vignetting(Dark Corner)" from the Side Tool Manager.

Adjust the FOV Angle at the pop-up window, and choosr Invert.

After click OK, choose "Filters > Color Effects > Defog/Vivid Color" to defog the picture.

There, we need to make the picture brighter. We choose Curves, or you can use Levels.

Adjust the Curves as below, then, the effect comes out.
