Easily create a dynamic effect

A picture with dynamic effect is more special than normal one. In this tutorial, I will show you how to create this effect.

The following is the effect.

Firstly, open your photo in Musemage, and copy it, then apply "Filters >Blur > Motion Blur".

Set the parameter of Angle to 45, and Radius to 338.

Then, add a Mask to copied layer and choose Brush Tool to brush the character out.

After this, add a white layer and apply "Filters >Noise > Add Noise ".

Set parameter as below.

The last step, change the opacity of this layer to 10%.

Finally, comes out the effect! Note: after this, you can apply “Filters > Monochrome” to get a mono color, which will be gorgeous.
