In this tutorial I’d like to share a filter with you to make a river wave, which is called “wave” in musemage. The effect is perfect. Now, you can follow me.


Open the following picture. It is like a scene with fog. Here, I’d like to select “Color Effects > Defog/Vivid Color” defog for this one.
 

Choose Polygonal Lasso to make a selection for this river. We’ll make this river two parts, for there is a boat on it.


After choose, select “Distortion > Wave” at the Side Tool Manager.Set parameters as below. An effect comes out.


Do the same with the other part.


Click OK, then we’re done.
