How to Create Car Moving Effect
In this tutorial, I’d like to share a way to make car moving effect by using musemage’s filters.

First of all, we’ll prepare a picture of a car and a road. Then, open picture with this road and open the car as a new layer. We’ll resize the car to a proper size with Free Transform Tool.

Next, separate the car from the background. Choose Magic Select to do so, as the background’s color is simple.
Use Eraser Tool to clean the unwanted leave part.

Now, Press Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V to duplicate the car and apply “Filters > Blur > Radial Blur” to the original car layer.

After that, apply “Filters > Blur > Radial Blur” again to the road image to show imitation of quick car moving on it. We get the following effect.

To create a better moving feeling, we’ll duplicate the road using Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V and apply “Filters > Blur > Gaussian Blur” to the duplicated layer.

The last step is to set up the duplicated layer opacity to 50% and change its blending mode to Soft Light. Look, here comes the natural car moving effect.
