In this tutorial, I’d like to share with you a simple way to add a hazy dreamy effect to a photo. If you’re interest, you can follow me.

The following is the original picture we’ll use.


And the next is the hazy dreamy effect.


First of all, copy the picture you choose.


Then, select “Adjust > Curves” to adjust the brightness of the whole picture.


Next, we’ll make some hazy effect by surface blur. Select it from “Filters>Blur>Surface Blur”.


Set the parameters as below.


The final step is change the Blending Mode to Screen. Now, here comes the effect. Hope you can enjoy this short and easy tutorial.
