In this tutorial, I’d like to share another simple way to add a hazy dreamy effect with you. If you’re interest, you can follow me.

The following is the original picture we’ll use.


And the next is the hazy dreamy effect.


First of all, copy the picture you choose. If necessary, select “Adjust > Curves” to adjust the brightness of the whole picture. Next, we’ll make some hazy effect by Gaussian Blur. Select it from “Filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur”.


Set the parameters as below.


The final step is change the Blending Mode to Overlay.
